What You'll Do:

  • Create raw material information in product life management system (Bamboo Rose) for both trims and fabrics.

  • Create style numbers using Bamboo Rose and SCM.
  • Open techpack and entities in Bamboo Rose and keep them updated with any changes.
  • Order and track samples, trims, and mock-ups for department.
  • Unpack, hang, and check-in all samples (LP/Proto/Tailoring/Fit/Vendor)
  • Wrap and pack line presentation samples to be shipped to the merchant team in Hingham office
  • Support color department in creation, distribution, and organization of color cards
  • Communicate sample and trim approvals to agents as needed.
  • Deliver flawlessly on assigned project components.
  • Work on special projects as needed

The hourly pay range is $24.00 - $26.44. 

Who You Are:

  • Associate’s Degree 
  • One (1) year of experience in the fashion industry preferred
  • Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be highly organized
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced office environment
  • Must be highly collaborative in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
