Open Lakeville Fulfillment Positions
- Fulfillment Associates - perform general warehouse and fulfillment duties such as replenishment (put away) as well as picking and packing (fulfillment).
- Lead Fulfillment Associates - are warehouse associate that have grown to be experts in their role, have strong productivity and lead teams as a support to their supervisor.
- Fulfillment Supervisors – have developed into strong leaders and have mastered the area they support. They are always maximizing productivity amongst their teams and support their fellow supervisors cross functionally.
- Dock Shipper/Receivers – have a niche for moving quickly and efficiently to move packages to and from delivery trucks. As they gain more experience, they understand the importance of accuracy and efficiency in this role.
- Forklift Operators – Safety is their priority. Moving pallets throughout the facility sounds easy, but paying attention to details, directions and time constraints is just a few of the important characteristics of this role. Ideally we look for someone with 2+ years of experience safely operating a forklift.
