Position Title: Temp/Contractor- Hourly

External Description:

As the Product Management, Ecommerce Support you’ll support the conversion optimization and Ecommerce innovation activities across Talbots.com and HavenWellWithin.com. You will support a wide variety of ecommerce functions; including writing requirements documentation, analyzing key site metrics to identify areas of opportunity, and monitoring the site experiences.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be responsible for supporting the responsibilities and objectives of the Ecommerce Product Management team to provide a best-in-class Ecommerce experience in alignment with our business objectives.

  • Develop and write feature requirements (epics, user stories and acceptance criteria) in an agile environment
  • Assist with a/b test launches, coordinating with Analytics team on segmentation, data, and disaster checks
  • Support the management of roadmap tool Monday.com, ensuring documentation, dates, and statuses are up to date (a/b test screenshots, results, contracts, etc)
  • Analyze key site metrics (conversion, AOV, bounce rate, abandon cart, etc), identify areas of opportunity to drive business outcomes
  • Build Adobe Analytics reports and dashboards to research and monitor key metrics and trends over time
  • Analyze customer feedback and session trends, using surveys and playback tools to identify and recommend prioritization of top concerns
  • Conduct competitive analysis, pro-actively monitor industry trends in the digital space and women’s apparel industry and report findings
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and ad hoc troubleshooting
  • Create presentations and documentation to support business cases for optimizations and features

This is a temporary assignment for approximately 3 months.
