Position Title: Lead of Sales and Services

External Description:

Basic Purpose:

This position is responsible for leading a team of regular and seasonal Sales and Service Specialists ensuring a consistently high level of quality customer service on all types of incoming calls, outbound calls and correspondence.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Support internal contact from associates
• Collaborate as needed with external partners
• Observe, Inquire, and Develop associates
• Create and support a fun and inspiring workplace
• Deliver Training to support the changing business needs
• Identify and communicate systematic opportunities to appropriate department
• Strategically and tactically own administrative tasks
• Model the ART of wowing customers for associates

Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge of and experience normally acquired through the completion of a High School diploma and a minimum 4+ years’ experience in the service industry
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office a must
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach team members in best in practice, customer service, and sales techniques.
