Position Title: CRM & Loyalty Analyst

External Description:

The Analyst, CRM and Loyalty collaborates in the development, execution and evaluation of marketing plans to meet customer retention, sales and profitability goals. In this position you will draw upon your quantitative and problem solving skills to interpret data, develop hypothesis and make actionable recommendations for program improvement. Additionally, your strong project management skills will enable you to successfully drive time-sensitive marketing campaigns, coordinate external vendors and internal stakeholders and communicate results to senior management. As the successful candidate you will be self-motivated, willing to take on projects with increasing levels of complexity and possessing a proven ability to manage cross-functional deliverables and processes.

What You’ll Do:
• Work with Sr. Manager, CRM and Loyalty to develop omni-channel marketing campaigns targeted to purposefully steer customer behavior. Efforts will results in increased customer loyalty, retention and overall profitability. Work at both the strategic/conceptual level and tactical/implementation level.
• Track and report customer segment performance and established KPIs
• Support a culture of fail cheaply, learn often and succeed quickly. Actively participate in hypothesis testing including test design, implementation and analysis.
• Participate in the advancement of targeting techniques and CRM strategies to strengthen relationships with our customers.
• Partner with Circulation, E-Commerce, Brand Marketing, Merchandising and Creative groups to ensure cohesive execution of the CRM marketing strategy.
• Proactively communicate your performance against goals and regularly meet with management to discuss career path and objectives.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with internal marketing, production, email, digital, IT, store and customer service partners
• Responsible for development and partial oversight of multi-million dollar budget
• Maintain working knowledge of competitive landscape – share findings/make program enhancement recommendations

Who You Are:
• College Degree
• 3+ years direct marketing or consulting experience – CRM experience a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Retail experience/passion a plus
