Position Title: Sr Growth Manager

External Description:

Primary Purpose:

Performance mindset with depth of experience in delivering growth via online marketing and eCommerce. Entrepreneurial approach with ability to identify, prioritize, execute, and measure success of new opportunities. Ability to act as “connector” across functional areas (Analytics, CRM, eCommerce, Merchandising, Brand, Online Marketing) to deliver growth via new initiatives and optimizations.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Identify opportunities for growth across eCommerce, Online Marketing, and Omnichannel
  • Facilitate cross-functional team to gather growth tests, prioritize, execute, and measure incremental response
  • Partner with merchandising to gather actionable reports and insights to achieve merchandising, eCommerce, and total company financial goals
  • Identify opportunities at the intersection of functional areas (ex. Paid Search + Merchandising) to deliver incremental growth
  • Support and deliver cross-functional digital growth initiatives 
  • Partner with existing OLM channel leads to serve as additional set of eyes and expertise to identify opportunities for growth
  • Leverage data and cross-functional insights to identify opportunities to improve performance of existing channels
  • Utilize a “click to conversion” holistic view to identify opportunities to improve current program performance throughout the funnel (e.g. Landing Page, Merchandising, Call to Action)
  • Actively monitor eCommerce progress against growth goals including associated KPIs and initiatives 
  • Identify opportunities and develop business cases to increase investment resources as required (i.e. additional headcount, marketing investment, IT resources)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Information Technology, Creative, Retail, Mobile.

Education/Experience/Knowledge:

  • BS or BA Degree required; preferably in Economics, Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 6-8 years experience in delivering growth via eCommerce and Online Marketing initiatives
  • Passionate and entrepreneurial self-starter 
  • Strong experience in developing and presenting business cases
  • Collaborative project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of online marketing channels and eCommerce 
  • Advanced experience with web analytics platforms such as Omniture or Google Analytics. 
  • Technically proficient, experience working directly with developers on projects
  • Expertise working with, analyzing, and interpreting data.
  • High attention to detail and superior time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.
  • Excellent communications skills, particularly written.
  • Prior retail E-Commerce experience a plus.
