Position Title: Quality Assurance Lead (IT)

External Description:

We are looking for an experienced leader to lead our onshore, nearshore, and offshore team of QA professionals in helping to drive quality initiatives within our Retail Technology Suite.

The scope of this role will encompass the full responsibility of the QA services for our Technology Applications, eCommerce, Point of Sale, and Tablet/Web Custom Applications. You will collaborate with individuals from various technology & applications development or configuration teams, product and stores management, and business operations management teams in ensuring that our technology & software meets the highest standards of quality before going into production using a continuous delivery model.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years Minimum experience Leading QA/QC teams
  • Leadership of both Onshore/Nearshore & Offshore Teams
  • Leading QA teams of eCommerce Systems/Applications, Point of Sale, Promotions Systems, Order-Management (OMS), and Online Transactions/Web
  • Leading Teams that conduct Load Testing of eCommerce and Web Applications; Preference for QA of Oracle ATG, Demandware, or other eComm Platforms, X-Store Retail/POS, Oracle CE Promotions, iPad Custom Applications/Integrations
  • Excellent multi-tasker and strong ability to effect change, influence, and collaborate both within a technical team and also with external stakeholders.
  • Have, or have recently had, leading test automation development experience, leading test strategy using tools and technologies such as NeoLoad and JMeter
  • Coach and manage our team of varying skill levels in QA for eCommerce & Point of Sale applications and product workflows
  • Be point of contact for the QA team's critical role in the company total products area; with daily scrums, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Coordinate test strategy, planning, and execution; ensuring adequate staffing to support the QA efforts (and growth)
  • Build reports and enhance visibility into working aspects of the QA process and quality of product
  • Guiding and implementing automation and regression testing scenarios and approving testing plans for team members
  • Identify and implement areas for improvement in the constantly evolving QA processes with the SDLC
