The Talbots Distribution Center in Lakeville has an opening for a Warehouse Associate (service).  They will primarily focus on the service function, meaning that they will be responsible for supplying the Returns department and staging the work in the in the department by palletizing merchandise and moving it and delivering supplies.  They will also be cross-trained  on the 3 major function in the returns department which include issuing catalog customers credit for returned merchandise, processing transfers from stores and locating merchandise to go back into inventory.  Associates will be assigned to a home department, but cross-trained in other departments and must be willing to rotate into other areas as needed. Exact hours and days of the week depend upon Department.

Available Full time shifts:

• Day shifts
• Available Part time shifts: 
• Saturdays: 6:30am - 3pm, 7am - 3:30pm or 730am-4pm. 
• AND / OR
• Evenings Monday - Friday: 3pm - 6 pm

Education/Experience/Knowledge:

• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to be on your feet all day.
• Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 30 lbs on an occasional basis 
• (some departments such as Replenishment may require more frequent lifting up to 50 lbs). 
• Must have strong team skills, communication skills and attention to detail 
• Must be at least 16 years old. If under 18 years old, must procure appropriate youth work permit.
