It makes sense, but 80% of our Store Support team has worked in stores at some point in their career. This team is considered the backbone of the field by some, they are responsible for communication, systems, many field programs and finalizing any execution plan that the stores are expected to implement.
At times they are the unsung heroes and the stores could not live without them!
