With a fleet of over 500 stores, these teams are constantly working to ensure we are ready for our customers every day in a location that's best for HER (our customer). They do everything from ensuring we're identifying the right locations, negotiating the leases and managing the relationships between landlords, vendors and stores. Their main priority is to ensure we are able to provide our customers and associates the best and safest experience in store.
